Our facilities are located in the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Japan. Your order will be fulfilled from whichever location provides the fastest creation and delivery time.

Yes! All of our items are made to order — no mass production. This print-on-demand model allows us to continually create new designs, offer a larger range of items, and reduce waste. While we handle all design in-house, we partner with trusted manufacturers in the USA, Europe, and Japan for printing and fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed and sent to our production partner, it unfortunately cannot be cancelled. If you manage to contact us before the order is processed, a cancellation may be possible — however, a 20% cancellation fee will apply on the entire order value to cover restocking fees and payment processing charges. We ship to almost every country in the world. Orders are fulfilled from the facility location (USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, or Japan) that is closest to your shipping address for the fastest possible delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents. As a general guide:

•       T-Shirts: Shipping starts from $4.69

•       Sweatshirts & Hoodies: Shipping starts from $8.49

  Please note that you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to international orders.

Since all items are made to order, the timeline has two parts:

•       Fulfillment (printing & packaging): 2–5 business days

•       Shipping (in transit): 2–7 business days after fulfillment

  Total estimated delivery time: approximately 4–12 business days from the date your order is placed.

For apparel and mugs, we primarily use UPS SurePost. UPS picks up the package and either delivers it directly or drops it at your local post office for final-mile delivery. For other items, the shipping method may vary depending on the product type and vendor location.

Please note: items from different vendors may arrive in separate packages. We aim to ship in as few packages as possible, but sometimes items are fulfilled from different facilities.

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Because we ship from multiple locations (USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Japan), orders shipped within those same regions typically won't incur customs fees. However, if you are located outside of these regions, customs duties or import taxes may apply. Every country has different regulations for imported goods. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by BitcoinShirt.com. We recommend using an online duty calculator (such as simplyduty.com) to estimate potential charges before ordering.

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy starting from the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, you must submit a written request through our Contact Us page within the 30-day window. Here's the return process:

•       Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item via the Contact Us page.

•       Step 2: We will review your request and, if approved, email you the return address of the closest warehouse.

•       Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable mail service (required). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

•       Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you of the refund approval or rejection within 5 business days.

•       Step 5: If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  Important: We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages. Always use a trackable shipping service.

Yes. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases. Additionally, gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable.

If you purchased an item using cryptocurrency and your refund is approved, the refund will be paid in the USD equivalent value at the date of the original purchase, not at the current market rate.

If we've confirmed your refund but you haven't received it yet, try these steps:

•       Check your bank account or payment method again.

•       Contact your credit card company — refunds can sometimes take a few days to post.

•       Contact your bank, as there may be processing time on their end.

Yes! We provide detailed size guides for all of our products. Each product page also includes sizing information and size charts to help you find the perfect fit.

We recommend the following care instructions for maximum longevity:

•       Turn the garment inside out before washing.

•       Machine wash or hand wash on cold.

•       Machine dry on low heat or hang dry to minimize shrinkage.

  Since our shirts contain a percentage of cotton, some minor shrinkage is normal after washing and drying. Hang drying is the best way to prevent this. Visit our Print Care Instructions page for full details.

We use high-quality, water-based inks that produce the softest print possible. Some very minor fading may occur after multiple washes, which is normal for this type of printing. Following the care instructions (cold wash, inside out, hang dry) will help preserve your prints for as long as possible.

All of our designs are created in-house by our team. However, the actual manufacturing, printing, and fulfillment are handled by trusted production partners located in the USA, Europe, and Japan. This allows us to focus on what we do best — creating original, high-quality Bitcoin designs — while ensuring fast and reliable delivery worldwide.

Our hockey-style jerseys are made from recycled materials with all-over-print designs. They feature full sublimation printing for vibrant, edge-to-edge graphics that won't crack, peel, or fade the same way traditional screen-printing might. After signing up through our Affiliate Program page, you'll receive a unique referral link.
